David Luciani

Ceramics

David Luciani comes to Dana Hills after spending his first year teaching middle school art in West Covina. Mr. Luciani earned his BA in Art from the University of California Santa Cruz where his emphasis was on both sculpture and drawing.

Having grown up in San Clemente, he is active in the community and coaches multiple sports in addition to competing in triathlons. With a background in sculpture, expect the students to be pushing their creative limits with the help of Mr. Luciani.

He looks forward to the challenge of filling the huge shoes of Mr. Wilson (who retired in June 2008 and was the ceramics teacher at Dana Hills for decades) and continuing the success of an outstanding program.
